Equipment and process capabilities
- Satake optical sorters
- Bühler optical sorting equipment
- Vacuum sorting systems
- Density/gravity separation
- Asymmetry and separation of defects
- Removing Broken Beans
- Stone Removal
- Size differences of 1mm or 0.5mm
- Cleaning and calibration
- Polishing systems
- Stripping and splitting
- Management of ventilation and storage at low temperatures
Shelling, cracking, flour, powder, soybean meal, roasting, protein ingredients and isolate related processing capabilities are available within our group and partner processing network where they are not carried out at the main site.
Polishing systems can remove surface dust and dirt before final sorting and packaging. Low temperature aeration and storage management help preserve quality and control humidity conditions during storage.

QUALITY CONTROL
From incoming grain to finished batch
Inspection, separation and documentation remain connected throughout the process.

TRI
Precision separation
Sorting technology helps protect visual quality and eliminate unwanted material.

AUTOMATION
Efficient handling
Automated material handling allows for safe and consistent movement within the facility.

SUPPLY FOR FARMERS
From the field to the supply chain
Origin, production and quality information can track each selected batch.

PROGRAMS FOR FARMERS
Agricultural quality starts on the ground
Producer programs support features required by food applications.
SHULLED SOYBEAN
More useful material per ton
Our hulled soybean solutions remove the hull before delivery, helping customers reduce downstream processing requirements.
Depending on the product, the protein concentration can be as high as 49-55% on a dry basis. Shelled solutions can reduce hull content and waste at the customer site, reduce energy consumption for shelling, increase useful material per tonne and potentially improve extraction performance and Brix.

Waste processing, handling and energy savings depend on the raw material, equipment and application. They are not presented as an absolute percentage promise.
PACKAGING SOLUTIONS

TRACEABILITY
A connected industrial chain
The work of sourcing, storing, processing and delivering in one flow.
PARTNERSHIPS WITH PRODUCERS
From our farmers to your brand
Choosing SOYTOUCH also means supporting farmers producing food-grade soybeans to demanding quality standards.
Visit the farmers’ site ↗Higher protein levels, specific varieties and demanding food quality specifications require additional farm labor and can result in lower yields. Our procurement programs are designed to compensate producers for these requirements.
Farmer's story for customers
For selected programs, we can provide customers with information, images and traceability about the growers and fields from which their soybean supply originates. This content can support sustainability, sourcing and brand communications programs.

PACKING AND DELIVERY
